Description
Rhea lay asleep in her bed her mind wandering through the night sky. Millions of stars glimmered overhead, and she felt as if she was flying through the heavens. Every star and every planet, was spectacularly different from the one before, and each held its own mysteries.
The farther Rhea flew, the more the universe seemed to open up to her. She flew past galaxies and nebulas, asteroid fields and black holes, comets and quasars, and a million other strange and marvelous sights. Everywhere she flew she felt awe and wonder, beauty and mystery, and the strange, distant pull of something beyond her comprehension.
At first, she thought she was dreaming, but soon she realized that something far stranger was happening. She was awake and yet sleeping, exploring the universe and yet still in her bed. She could feel the sheets on her skin and the softness of the mattress beneath her, and yet she also felt the vastness of space stretching around her.
As she explored she encountered alien landscapes and creatures, places and things she had never seen before and could not have imagined in her wildest dreams. She soared through an endless array of colours, sounds, and sensations, and the universe unfolded new secrets to her with every moment.
Soon she began to understand that the universe was alive, and that its vast expanse was merely the beginning of an even greater journey. She felt something deep inside urging her forward, and she followed it ever upward, until she reached the very edge of reality.
At the edge of reality Rhea found a small opening just large enough for her to slip through. So she did so and found herself in a realm even more wondrous than the one she had left behind.
This realm was filled with beauty and life, with strange and wondrous creatures and plants, and with a deep abiding peace. She moved through its passages guided by something within her that she could not name until she came to a place of power and wisdom.
Here in this place she felt an ancient and powerful presence, an energy that seemed to speak directly to her soul. Its song was gentle and comforting, and seemed to be calling her to do something important. She felt like a small child, yet at the same time she was filled with an adult's understanding and wisdom.
In the center of this realm Rhea found a small bright star. It seemed to recognise her and spoke to her in a voice that seemed to come from all around her. The star told her of the great power that lay within her and it asked her to join it in a quest to explore the infinite possibilities of the universe.
Without hesitation Rhea agreed, and with the star's guidance she began to open herself to the power of the infinite. She explored galaxies, nebulas, and supernovas and she discovered the secrets of the stars and the mysteries of the void. She experienced the beauty of the heavens and the magic of other dimensions and she found peace within herself.
At the end of her journey she returned to her bed her spirit refilled with knowledge and understanding. She smiled and as she closed her eyes she knew that she had found something truly special within herself.
